Realtors / Individuals:  Payment is required before assets are delivered to individual clients and can be made online. A web listing link is emailed where photography can be downloaded.
(360 Lightworks offers 24 to 48-hour delivery for Matterport 3D Virtual  Tours).

Rescheduling / Cancellation

You are welcome to cancel a booking with 24 hours' notice at no cost!
We charge $75 for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Photo Rights and Usage

All photography and created media can be used without restrictions by the original client or company that requested and paid for the services.
Photographers own the rights to their photography as per US copyright law (for more information, please visit the United States Copyright Office website.)
Photography is non-transferable. If a property's ownership is transferred and the new owner wishes to purchase the copyright from us, please get in touch with George@redhatpub.com

 

Matterport Space Hosting

Matterport hosts Matterport Virtual (tours) in the "Matterport Cloud." 360 Lightworks is a Matterport Service Partner and provides discounted hosting services.

For our customers, we include 12 months of free hosting.

General hosting by Matterport Cloud is $55 per property for 12 months. We charge $24 per property for an additional 12 months of hosting, which will be billed annually.
